I’m finally sharing the sourdough recipe everybody always ask about!
The sourdough bread recipe and sourdough starter of your dreams!
180 grams starter
310 grams warm water (whip with hand until milky and dissolved)
15 grams of salt (whip with hand until dissolved)
400 grams of flour (combine with hand & stretch/fold until well mixed & dough forms)
fold dough every 30 minutes 4 times
let it sit out on the counter in a bowl with a towel over it until evening
refrigerate overnight
the next day preheat the oven and a cast iron dutch oven to 490. tuck the sides in and form a ‘ball’ with the loaf & put into pot, then score the top. bake with the lid on for 13 minutes. remove lid and bake an additional 12 minutes. enjoy your warm, freshly baked bread!
