Oils are amazing for promoting restful sleep for all ages. Here’s one way we use them to improve sleep in our home!
In a roller bottle:
-Fill 3/4 of the way with vitamin e oil or fractionated coconut oil
-Add 10 drops lavender
-Add 10 drops cedarwood
-Add 10 drops roman chammomile
Roll onto spine and bottoms of feet before bed!
For little ones you can also roll onto their sheets and pillows and blankies and lovies. (We used to make a spray version and spray Nolan & Harbor’s blankets with it before we dropped them at their church nursery classes on Wednesday nights. The smell of these oils takes me back to that sweet time!)
